This error will be logged to our tokenbase.log file when you view the payment settings in the Magento Admin. We intentionally cause this error to test your credentials without submitting an actual payment transaction.
If you are seeing this error on the frontend, please ensure all of your extension files are up to date and unmodified. If you have made any customizations to the module that causes this error, note that the error stems from CyberSource's end internally. Open a ticket with us for further assistance.
