Error: Buttons or text are missing from checkout or the account area

Be sure you have followed all of the installation steps as noted in the user manual, and clear your site's cache.


In some cases, a site's theme has CSS different from the core styling expected by the module. You can confirm if your site theme is the culprit by disabling the theme and falling back to the Luma theme, then checking if the fields or text display correctly.


In other cases, particularly if the checkout payment form is missing all text, this is the result of the site theme overriding our extension files, but those files being out of date for the version of the extension you are using. Have your developer update the extension files in your theme to match the latest version.


If neither of those help, open a support ticket with specific details and we can help you investigate further.
